About the Assistant Principal

  • Tinisa Huff Tinisa Huff is the Assistant Principal at Forest Park Middle School. Her educational career began 12 years ago when she taught 7th grade at an elementary school in Chicago Public Schools. Before becoming the Assistant Principal at FPMS in July 2015, Tinisa was also a 7th grade English Language Arts teacher at FPMS. Throughout her educational career, she has taught multiple grade levels and all content areas. Tinisa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Illinois State University, a Master’s Degree from DePaul University in Elementary Education and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Administration and Supervision from National Louis University. She is passionate about working with middle school students and their families to help them to reach their full potential. In her free time, Tinisa is an avid shopper and interior decorator. She also loves music, dancing, enjoys traveling, reading, and learning new things. She prides herself on being a lifelong learner and aspires to inspire others.
